  • Classes are offered with no set fee. You’re welcome to contribute what feels comfortable for you. Your donations support keeping yoga accessible for all and sustaining community offerings.

  • Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links breath with movement in a flowing sequence. It can be energizing, grounding, or meditative depending on the pace.

  • Absolutely. All levels are welcome. Options and modifications will be provided so you can move at your own pace.

  • The purpose is to create space for movement, breath, and connection. Yoga becomes more powerful when practiced in community, and these classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming.
