HOW WE GOT HERE

I have been fortunate to experience a wide range of roles throughout my professional life—from assisting with the opening of gyms and operating yoga studios to working as a stylist assistant in New York and helping launch and close retail stores. Along the way, I’ve partnered with some of the most insightful, fearless, and tactful leaders who have helped shape who I am today and continue to guide my growth.

Now, I’m embarking on something different. After recovering from being involved in a pedestrian versus automobile accident in 2010, I found healing through weightlifting and yoga, which sparked my curiosity to better understand my body’s needs. This journey led me to become a personal trainer and yoga instructor. As I progressed in my career, I began to notice a disconnect in how fitness professionals are supported, compensated, and valued—especially in relation to the immense work they put into serving others.

That’s why I am building boutique gym and yoga spaces designed to be pressure-free, judgment-free, and growth-focused—not only for our members but also for our instructors and trainers. These spaces will foster an environment where passionate professionals can thrive, and truly inclusive wellness experiences can flourish.
